Visited recently and was surprised at how dirty this place has got since our last visit.
Staff at reception were friendly however facilities are now terrible, 4 tricycles where there used to be bumper cars, roller skating when it used to be ice skating, dodgeball section closed off. Escalators were broken so we had to use the stairs which hadn’t seen a clean in months, neither have the toilets for that matter. We threw the kids socks away because they were so dirty afterwards!
Will not be visiting again.

This is an awesome spot to enjoy a few hours with kids of all ages! It's fantastic having so many fun activities all in one place—roller skating, ninja tag, laser quest, drift bikes, dodgeball, a big slide, and football. The food and drinks are reasonably priced, just like you'd expect at a place like this. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. We'll definitely be coming back with friends soon!

The duty Manager Craig Smith has great customer service and was very respectful, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely take my child there when she is born and old enough. Would definitely go again.

Wonderful service, great venue, highly recommended. Whole team have been helpful, friendly and attentive for every visit (we have returned multiple times over the last few month). Due to positive experiences we have signed up for membership. We were welcomed by Fida who was professional, friendly and helpful - all the staff are great.

Great place. We came here as a group of mums and our boys all aged 8. The boys had great fun together going off and playing on everything, while us mum’s were able to sit and chat in the cafe. There is so much to keep the boys entertained and the staff are really friendly. Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff, great customer service. I really enjoyed my hot dog while my children really enjoy laser tag the bikes! We’re on the VR next!

Lots of space. Good music. Friendly staff in particular Jennifer who made sure we were enjoying our visit.
Soft plays downstairs were really good and fun for my 4yo, 6yo and myself as an adult (big kid). Football was fun. Skating looked good. The drift trikes are a great idea but sadly only one was actually fully functional, the rest were in a state of disrepair.
Overall could be a really cool place with a little bit of attention and TLC.

My child enjoyed his party, however we felt the host needed to be more assertive to lead the event, as it felt chaotic and unorganised. Also note the customer service call centre will be unhelpful but all praise to a lady at the venue who managed to deal with issues the call centre had created.
