If I could give these guys 6 stars I would, went in for a pair of trousers, bought them along with a jacket for me and the good lady wife as well as a pair of walking boots! Great service, fantastic product knowledge and all with a smile. We conquered Snowdon in the new products and all of them were perfect!! A truly fabulous shop and we will be returning for all our outdoor gear. Shop here you won't regret it!

Purchased a jacket from these guys online and quickly received confirmation of the order, then within an hour another email to say it had been despatched. The jacket arrived within 24 hours. I was amazed at how efficient and quick Crib Goch were with their communication updates and also the speed of their delivery . As a great added bonus the jacket was really competitively priced. It was my first time using them, but it won’t be my last. One more thing, I am also really impressed with the customer rewards which I think are pretty generous and you are also given a much longer time frame to use them than other companies I have come across.

If I could give zero stars I would . I was sent an item with marks on , I returned it for a refund and change of size , they refused to accept the refund . The Ovik shirt was £100 , for a company that is looking for custom in an already saturated market I would’ve hoped for better customer service.

Fantastic outdoor shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I detoured to the Llanberis shop on the way to a walking trip on Anglesey as they are one of the few stockists of AKU boots in the UK. I was able to try on several boots before making a decision, and at no point felt rushed or pressurised to make a purchase. My border collie was also made welcome! For the record, the pair of Trekker Pro II GTX boots I chose turned out to be perfect for a high level trek in the Alps, in freak September snow!

Very nice and knowledgable staff including the shop owner who was happy to spent time with a complete novice helping me with footwear and other items for a first climb of Snowdon. I would highly recommend a vist for your outdoor kit and help to keep a local and independent shop going.
