I purchased 5 different bags for my kids. They only liked 3 so took 2 bags to store for return. When i went in the store got told that i cant return them as i paid them by Klarna. Jen at the counter said she will look into the matter. Jen was amazing, she kept on looking into my options. She was on calls for half an hour with customer services, other stotes and regional manager. She didnt take no from anyone told them all that it says on company's ipad that customer can do Klarna return in stores. In th end she did refund my items. I think i can defo say that best and most genuine customer services experience of my life. Thank you Jen.

Came here for my sons school stationary and we were not disappointed. Shop was fully stocked and we got our bits and to the till super quickly as it was quiet. Staff were very helpful.

Excellent customer service.
I returned a broken lunch bag and no longer had the receipt. The lady in the shop exchanged it straight away with no quibbling. Really pleased with the service here.

Hi, after hearing nothing but positive things from my friends and seeing all my friends with Smiggle equipment at school I wanted to try it out for myself. I bought a pen and multicolour rubber and three lego highlighters. I went home and used the pen for my homework and it's fantastic! I then used the rubber after doing my art homework. I didn't use the highlighters until the next day at school. I got them out in science as I needed to highlight something in my book. When I got the first one out and used it, there was nothing in it. As if it was used by someone previously. The next two were the same. I was really disappointed and annoyed with your company as I know that I can't return it as I don't have the receipt in my possession. I don't know what else to do about it and I think it is wrong to sell used highlighters to customers. I bought them from a smiggle in the white rose centre in Leeds. What can I do about it now?

Kids LOVE this. Stationary is something to love, of course. I think it's overpriced, but we'll designed. Good service from friendly staff.
