Graham gave us a great price on all the items we were needing when we spoke on Friday afternoon, the delivery arrived first thing on Monday morning, with a multipack of kitkats as a gift for our service - what a lovely gesture! Graham gave the most pleasant and punctual customer service I have genuinely ever received. I will be coming back to Principal Office Supplies for all my office equipment. 5* service. Brilliant. I was after a small core handheld tape dispenser which I couldn't find on their website, I was also after a large core handheld tape dispenser which they do stock, so I made an enquiry which Graham went above and beyond to get me the small core so I could get both types from them. Great customer service. Thank you.
