Went above and beyond for me. I emailed then with a query for a discount code as I did have one but lost it, and they emailed back almost instantly with a new code for me <3. I ordered some gorgeous wooden food toys for my son, and they can perfectly wrapped in immaculate condition and such great value for money. My son is over the moon and so am I. Will definitely be purchasing through Babipur again and recommending to everyone! Thank you

As a previous reviewer noted you shouldn't have to chase a company for a product you've paid for. Waited nearly a month for Christmas presents to arrive, at which point it was after Christmas! Good job the recipient was too young to understand or notice. I was not impressed with customer services at all and couldn't honestly recommend this shop to anyone else after our experience. We are sympathetic that things are taking longer because of the pandemic but it was ridiculous and we had zero issues with any other shops and orders arriving. It's a shame because the product range is amazing.
