It is clean , tidy , modern , high tech , organised , bright , vibrant , sleek but small. The staff are friendly , responsive , efficient , knowledgeable , attentive , respectful , professional , kind , helpful , well mannered and sociable which is better than going to photo booth machine get a picture because the photo booth may not work on rare occasions. The pictures are absolutely amazing because it comes clear which is something you need if you are renewing your passport , renewing driver’s license , applying for visa to work or live a foreign country or in UK. It is a little bit overpriced for the pictures but worth paying if you want your pictures guaranteed 100% safely with nothing to worry about at all. They also can renew your passport as well but it very expensive for you to renew your passport with them and on top , you got pay the fee to HM passport office to renew your passport at their price as well , so renew your passport passport online rather than you paying them to do it for you. I have been there to take a few times and it is very well respected to take a picture from there and they took my picture clear which I like so much that made me never want to go photo booth machine.

Very pleased with the excellent service we received from this branch in Loughton
Went into shop to have our passport photos taken we were then informed of their passport service. We followed their advice went home picked up old passports and couldn’t believe how stress free it was to have them assist us to complete renewal online. They send passports by special delivery to passport office. That was a week ago and they are being delivered to us today. Thank you so much for making this do stress free.

Shop staff were so positive, helpful and friendly. I was able to do a good job instantly processing my photos with her advice and support. Also the shop was tidy and clean.
I also recommend donating and reading the Timpson books about Looking after looked after children. Was very informative and interesting. Dont be put off by the funny weird illustrations though.

I used a Maxphoto booth for a passport photo as it guarantees a suitable photo, however, when I checked on the passport site the photo was no good. I called customer services who were very helpful (didn't get a name of the lady) who was very helpful and agreed the photo was unsuitable. She gave me code to use in a local store and said she would phone the store too. I went today and the store were expecting me. I git great service from Sally and Simba and the photos are good.
