Their communication was perfect and also their work. My daughter's football kit shirt was printed. The quality of print is as goog as original one.They printed even it's only one shirt. Thanks!

They made a mistake and didn't charge me enough in the first place for my order. However upon clearing this up, and me sending additional payment, the order was completed well.

Communication was very good, and it took them about a week to print and send the shirts.

Attached are photos of some of the t-shirts. One of the t-shirts has faded ink, however it is not too bad and not bad enough for me to request a replacement.

Ordered 6th December in time for Xmas. Was told it would be ready. Then was told it’ll be dispatched the Friday before Xmas, which means it would not of arrived for Christmas. So I suggested I collect the garments as I needed for Christmas. They said this was ok. However despite them giving me times I was able to collect & me letting them know when I was coming, they did not answer me when I arrived for collection. I was there 1 hour 20 minutes before they answered the phone for me to collect.
Nothing has been done as an apology to this.
Due to this I will not be using them again, I wasted so much time travelling to collect and then waiting to pick up as there is no signed shop to walk in to.

We have used PP for about 18 months and have brought various items off them from t shirts jumpers shirts etc
Good quality items and they alway keep you updated with your order and delivery.
We have used a number of companies in the past but wouldn’t be shopping elsewhere now as there level of customer service we have experienced has been fantastic.
