I needed show posters and flyers quickly close to the New Year and they were the only company I could find that didn't quote me a two week turnaround. I was afraid the quick service might mean sacrificing quality but everything was perfect and delivered just when they said. So happy with the products and the interactions.

Brilliant service, great quality business cards!
I had a couple questions with my design and they were promptly answered by someone (Z something, sorry can't remember the name!) through the live chat. Product promptly got printed and shipped after ordering.

I would give no stars if I could - I placed an order with them purely because they could delivery in time for my impromptu event. I received my order on time however they completely messed up the design!!! I emailed them proof my design was correct when sent and they apologised but did not do anything to fix the mistake except offer me a refund. I asked them to send me out new ones - by hand if they have to or pay for me to ask a local person to complete the order in time. They rejected both ideas and said the only thing they can do is offer me collection for today or tomorrow. Now I am having my even at 4 the next day, NO WAY do I have time to travel all the way to Wembley to collect the order they made a mistake with. Rubbish service and Rubbish customer service thereafter.
