I ordered my mums memorial cards on Monday and picked them up today Wednesday.Wonderful service beautifully printed, everyone one I spoke to was very helpful. They were very reasonable priced.I'm a very satisfied customer, thank you.

I required 3 individual A4 pages to be printed which I was quoted on the phone to be £1.20. I sent the documents through email. I went to the store and they printed the A4 double sided which had to be corrected. Then they said I would be charged £2.54 more than double what they quoted. When I tried to pay with my card, there card reader machine didn't work so I had to get cash and return to the store to pay. It's quite disappointing since this is a family run business which is local to me.

What can be said about the amazing Sorcha!? I was looking to print out an A2 seating plan and she helped me see how A1 would make much more sense. She then went above and beyond mounting and finishing off the look. The result is beautiful and I can’t wait to have this at the dinner reception. The customer service is unrivalled. Shout out to Diane and the loveable Duke. Can’t recommend enough.

Sorcha dealt with a last minute order with calm efficiency and suggested layout and design, resulting in a far better product than I had imagined. Price lower than others locally. Would definitely recommend.

The owner Sorcha was fantastic to deal with; if you can deal directly with her I truly recommend. Sadly you have to deal with the receptionist, Neil, who gets stuck with anything even slightly out of the normal (it's a multi tech world and his attitude to different techs is... rude) , and will try block any attempts to talk to Sorcha. I can't figure if he means well or is passive aggressive or just... (read review below... lol)
