I cannot praise Emanuel and Saif at Minuteman Press enough for their incredible customer service! Despite being extremely busy on a Friday and initially hesitant to take my last-minute order for printing on several t-shirts for a charity event, they went above and beyond when they heard about the cause. Understanding the importance of our event, they not only accepted the order but also worked tirelessly until almost 1am to ensure everything was completed on time—well beyond their usual closing hours of 5pm.

Their dedication, commitment, and willingness to support a charitable cause in such a selfless way are truly commendable. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the entire experience was a testament to their professionalism and kindness. I looked through the reviews and assumed this would be the better option to print anything i needed. I contacted the company and fully informed what i wanted a quote on, size description amount etc. I followed the procedure attached the files and emailed. The second time i came to contact them, i was shouted at and estimated £100 for 20 copies of a double sided A5 comp card. I was shocked and taken aback but i looked over it and went in store to collect my order. After review the print quality was ok but nothing out of the ordinary, if anything slightly under quality as it left a lot of white specs across the card. The only good thing was probably the quality of printed text, not as much images… I wasn’t expecting anything super amazing as it’s only a shop print but i was quite sad with the quality of service considering i didn’t do or say anything wrong :/

Where do I begin? Phenomenal customer service, great attention to detail and quality print. Designed and printed funeral programs with them and given the sensitivity they were also very kind and supportive. They helped me in choosing the type of paper and page count that would work best. Good quality printing and was able to get them in excellent time.
