A fun morning spent painting in a quaint and relaxed environment. Nice choice of pieces and paints. No feeling of pressure to be the next Picasso and the tea + toasties filled a gap nicely. Can't wait to see the finished product in a week and honestly even if they don't turn out fantastic, I had more than enough fun just painting with my partner.

Great little place to get your creative juices flowing! Cosy place and lovely relaxed atmosphere. I first came here when they first opened many, many years ago, and recently, I have been back 3 times since in space of 1 month. Staff are so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Bake goods, cheese toasties, hot drinks, and milkshakes are available to purchase whilst you paint. Staff are extremely helpful. Standard studio fees are £4 and then you pay extra for your chosen ceramic. Parking - pay by phone is available locally. Free parking during the weekends. Once you've finished painting, the turnaround time for glazing and firing is about 10 days. This place is reasonably priced in comparison to other pottery painting places. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a very cute place! Kids loved it. Only downside is it is very small and can feel cramped and uncomfortable at times. I can’t imagine anyone would be able to walk-in so would probably recommend a reservation before going. The cafe is a nice addition to be able to get a coffee and a snack.

Visited as a, famy of 10. We all enjoyed the experience, it's a very fun things to do and brings out your creativity, staff were very informative and welcoming. Cakes to buy were delicious especially the brownies and flapjacks. Every things reasonably priced. It was a very busy Saturday and we were not rushed even though it was so busy. I would definitely recommend.

I was a frequent customer and I had spent quite a lot of time with my little one there a couple years back. For a long while their staff were absolutely lovely, understanding and helpful. Today however, I was treated really rudely by a new female waitress (she was big and dark haired). We walked in and saw an empty table, we asked if we could paint something quickly in the next 20 minutes before the booked customers showed up. We were brutally told "NOOOO" x 5 times, with ridiculous reasons. My son was so upset he said, but there is an empty table, why cant we sit down and paint something quickly? I simply didn't know how to answer that. The big waitress stood there with a determination to kick us out. It was not like we were not going to pay the full-amount of money for using the table for mere 20minutes?

I was looking for the sight of the owner who was very friendly and well acquainted to me because of my frequent visits previously. I really wanted to point out her attitude was a total bully, cold and off-putting.

Tim if you can see this, maybe she was too lazy to clean quickly between customers' changeover? We left feeling scared of her and the shop... what a shame.

Had the pleasure of attending a baby shower here recently and was treated to afternoon tea. We were looked after by Sophia and her colleagues Litsa and Sam who were all wonderful, very friendly and accommodating.

The food was delicious and Mum had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend!

Initially I made my booking via phone call. It was a brief conversation and I was booked within minutes. The following day I realised I couldn’t make it so when I contacted Creative Biscuit via email, they were very efficient and had me rearranged straight away. They also made me aware I had been seated at the rear table. We walked into the store during a child’s birthday party and was welcomed with smiles from everyone. After approaching the desk, there was a little miscommunication regarding my booking but that was quickly sorted and we were taken to the rear table. Then we had the opportunity to choose what we’d like to paint. They had a good variety of ceramics to paint. It took us forever to pick one! Once seated, we were given a briefing on how to use the paints and what to do. We had 2 hours to complete our painting and were left to enjoy our experience. When we needed any tools we were attended to straight away. Once we were done, they took down our details, pottery and payment. The pottery will be collected in a few days time after it goes into the kiln. It was very relaxing, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our day. We can’t wait to see our master pieces!

My daughter and I had a great time here, the atmosphere is so calming and peaceful (when there isn't a birthday party) the staff here are very friendly, always checking in to see if everyone is ok and on hand to help. I would highly recommend, and we're looking forward to our next visit
