Very large store with a wide range of supplies, however a large portion of the shelves were empty. Lighting isn't fabulous to see true color or small writing details, but they've made an effort to swatch most of the paint colors on white charts. Staff was helpful when I had a question. A nice experience overall.

Prices are more affordable than Cass Art. I also like the laidback atmosphere and just the shopping experience overall. To be more precise, I appreciate the minimal, non-interference approach to service. Oh, and there is an exquisite cat. Five stars just because I like this place. Practically speaking, there are three problems, however. First, I had a lot of trouble paying online and went through 3-4 cards before it took my payment. Second, acrylics selection was not quite complete. Third, their branded stretched canvas was, even to me as a beginner, not the best. But they were a rare shop that offered 12*36 inch canvases, so will probably still buy from them.

I’ve been going to this store for years. It’s the biggest in London and has good quality products for a good price. But good luck actually getting what you need because they’re perpetually out of stock of everything. Many times I’ve travelled to the store only to leave empty handed because they didn’t have stretcher bars, oil paint, spirits or brushes.

Shelves are mostly empty. pretty dark in there. I wanted to buy Fimo but the few pieces left on the shelves looked like they were old bc the packaging turned yellow... cute cat tho

Wonderful art store with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A big thank you to Dennis who was very friendly and helpful and to Lindsey who was very knowledgeable about oil paints and helped me pick out the right oil. Also there’s a very cute black cat in the store 😆. Great store even greater supplies for a good price
