This is the first time making a purchase from My Perfect Art. Felt confident from the beginning. The price was competitive, communication excellent, delivery date/ time accurate and first class packaging. An excellent buying experience! After searching online for something a little different for a small space, we found an artist/picture that ticked the box. We came across My Perfect Art, they had a wide variety of pictures including the picture we were interested in. Importantly they had excellent feedback & reviews from our research. The website purchase was a really good experience & at a competitive price. The whole process after was amazing. Brilliant, clear & friendly communication that kept us in the loop. We had regular updates from Rus which is nice to get & we received our picture on time, packaged perfectly & the after sales service to check everything was ok. Faultless customer experience & will definitely use again 10/10!

Perfect is exactly how I would describe this company, Russell made the whole experience pleasant and stress free by keeping us updated every step of the way. Delivery was very quick and our beautiful Doug Hyde sculpture arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Used My Perfect Art to buy Starry Starry Night by Mackenzie Thorpe for a surprise birthday present for my wife.

From the outset Russell offered customer service that was second to none; highly personable, communicative, a great price for the artwork, and went above and beyond to obtain a preferred edition number. This was rounded off by personal delivery to my son’s house to enable me to maintain the birthday surprise.

This is the 3rd time I've used My Perfect Art to buy some of Keith Proctor's artwork, Sweet Memories being the latest.

In all dealings with My Perfect Art, the service I've received has been 1st class. Communication from Rus seemed more like dealing with a friend rather than a supplier. His friendly manner and his knowledge shine through.

The artwork itself has always turned up with packing that looks like it could take on the most heavy-handed of delivery drivers

I can highly recommend using My Perfect Art, not only because of the great personal service, but their prices seem to beat any of their competitors.

Highly recommend buying from Russell! He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, taking the time to explain everything about the ‘On The March’ limited edition piece. Russell’s personal service was amazing and he even hand-delivered the artwork with care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy my art!
