I wanted to get a picture framed for a retirement party - the party was due to be on Thursday and the picture didn’t arrive until Wednesday afternoon!! I raced down to Wall 2 Wall and it was closed so I emailed Fred hoping he would see it first thing. I didn’t expect an email straight back asking to call him about the job and after explaining what I needed he said he’d prioritise me the next morning. Fred showed me a couple of frames and I chose a lovely gunmetal grey textured frame which really enhanced the overall picture. I dropped it off at 9am and less than an hour later it was done - thank you so much Fred ☺️

Fred showed me a similar completed piece with a gold frame so I could see how it would look, which gave me confidence in my choice. I paid in advance and was told it would be ready promptly—and it was! I received a text message as soon as it was finished, the next day, which was very convenient during the busy holiday period.

Even though I arrived just minutes before closing time, Fred kindly waited for me to collect it, which I greatly appreciated. I have been visiting Freds shop for a number of years now and I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my artwork framed and also photos/ prints that I own.

He helps you pick an appropriate frame, good value for money and advises realistic timeframes for completion, nothing is too much to ask.
