We celebrated my son’s 6th birthday here, and it was amazing! The kids had two hours of playtime, followed by 30 minutes to eat. They served plenty of healthy snacks and delicious pizza, which was a great touch. The staff was kind and attentive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. My son and his friends had a blast—highly recommend!

Had my son’s 5th birthday here.
The new management have really spruced the place up, and the staff are absolutely brilliant. The lady helping us, who I believe was the manager, was super nice and helpful. They were able to cater for all of the dietary requirements for our group, and there was plenty of food! The pizzas were really nice. You could tell they were made fresh, lovely sourdough bases.
Really lovely experience. Highly recommended.

We hired out Wonderland for a joint birthday bash. I was amazed by the lovely staff. They were super helpful, smiley and over all wonderful. The pizza's are delicious! and there was plenty of food for all the kids. Honestly can recommend this venue for any birthdays or even for their hot dog after school sessions that I go to on most Fridays. Complete value for money. As a side note, they are constantly hoovering and cleaning - just a mummas overall observation when I've been in.

I hired this venue with a friend for two birthday parties and it was great. The facilities were clean and tidy, including the toilets which were well maintained. The staff were really friendly and pleased to meet everyone, with quick service for food/drinks and couldnt do enough to help. Overall we had 35 children and it was a really smooth, easy process for a large booking. The food was really reasonable and the party room ideal for our party.

Came here as heard this had new owners so gave it a shot.
First impressions was it smelt bad when walking in and the carpet is filthy and not welcoming at all. Looks like they have not spent a penny since taking over.
The soft play looks old and tired and outskirts of the soft play haven’t been cleaned in years by the look’s of it! There was also rubbish in the ball pit.
I understand children make a mess and it’s up to the parents and can accept it’s not going to be spotless but they can’t excuse some of the mess.
Toilets none of the dryers worked either, this place needs some money spent on it before I return again.

We had our daughters 2nd birthday party here (29.12.24) and we could not be happier if we tried! The staff were amazing and accommodating from the booking process months ago all the way up until we left the venueon the day. Every child and every adult enjoyed every second, the food is always good ( we visit a lot, the hotdogs are the best!) so reasonably priced even for big families. Really made our daughter feel special and us parents feel relaxed! Nothing was too much trouble, going to and from the kitchen to us to grab birthday cake/cupcakes ect at different parts of the afternoon and turned the lights off for us all to sing happy birthday. 100% recommend having your little one’s birthday party here, we will more than likely have another! Thanks again 💖

Having had my daughters 7th birthday party at Wonderland play newton abbot yesterday on Sunday 1st December I wanted to highlight such a positive experience.
From right at the start at planning stage where staff/management helped assist and answer my questions and give guidance to on the day of the party whereby all assistance was given to help make the party run smoothly.
Staff were nothing but professional, approachable and very helpful making the party run at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for anything asked of them.
I also want to give a very big special thankyou to the manager Kellie who was very accommodating when it came to my daughters needs, being autistic there were certain dietary requirements needed and Kellie was very understanding and accommodating meaning one less thing for this mum to fret about!
The venue was clean, tidy, welcoming and I certainly recommend Wonderland Play to people for parties!!
Thank you so much once again, we had one very happy little girl by the time she left, so much so she didn't want to leave!

My kids had an amazing time at wonderland play in newton abbot, food was great. However the staff were working so incredibly hard and you could see how stressed out they all were by the looks on their faces and was quite busy too. I would highly recommend to any family who is looking for a nice day out in newton abbot. Thank you wonderland.
