Excellent service from the moment we ordered our carpet and leather sofa and chairs.
The team arrived early in the morning, took the old furniture away, removed the carpet, prepared the boards for the new carpet and underlay. Carpet fitted brilliantly, left all clean and tidy. The installers delivered the new furniture that afternoon, taking great care of bring it in through the difficult access.
We did have a slight technical hitch with the electric sofa, I called the next day and the team came straight back. Much to our embarrassment it was a box in the way causing the problem. Sofa moved slightly and all was well.
This is why I buy from a local supplier like Queen Street Carpets, they are only a phone call away. Excellent service. Thank you To all the team.

Initially very pleased whilst purchasing in the store… but very disappointed at the ‘extras’ for the carpet fitting…!? we think the charge for the fitting was more than enough to cover any extras especially including the margin on the bed settee… and if you are aware you are going to ‘penalise’ clients with surprise extras you should have the curtesy to advise them of that likelihood before they complete their purchase in store… Although we are about to revamp our entire lounge we will not be bringing that business to you… Nor would we recommend the store to others……

We've purchased from Queenstreet on several occasions. This week, as part of a larger order, we had some Kardean fitted in our rear hallway. Not a large area, but with a number of doorways, variable levels as it's an old house, and a couple of steps, not especially straightforward. Graeme, the assigned fitter, visited when agreed, was polite and did a beautiful job. His attention to detail was outstanding.

No hesitation in recommending Queenstreet - they will be back later in the month to fit some carpet for us.

Very pleased with the service and also the guys that they used to fit the Karndean flooring we've had put in our kitchen / diner and hallway. I price-matched them against another company and Queen Street came in marginally cheaper, but the service was also very good and the fitters have been brilliant over the past week or so. Very happy!

Fantastic customer service from this family-run store. We have bought several items including carpet, wardrobes and a sofa. Really pleased with the way they handled the situation when we had a problem with our sofa which was resolved to our satisfaction.

This is a brilliant company - I’ve bought beds in past 12 months, fantastic quality and more recently carpets - they have a HUGE amount to choose from, all price ranges, and lots of large offcuts - the fitters were amazing - my house looks lovely now, the shop staff are knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful. Fantastic job fitting LVT flooring throughout our 4th floor city flat. We don't live in the property but the team picked up keys and let themselves in all week. Great quality and workmanship can't fault them. Would highly recommend.
