Visited this store last week and staff member called EILEEN served me, when I went to pay by card she shouted at me angrily it's here! as I'd gone to the wrong machine I said I'm visually impaired and she shouted yeah so am I !(wearing glasses isn't the same as being registered disabled ) and I said you should be more understanding then and she shouted at me there's a queue!
I have complained to the company and I hope they discipline her accordingly, I won't go in that store again it's really hard for me being sight impaired to go into shops and it has knocked my confidence .

It could be better if the shop was bigger. You have to be able to wait for a while in the queue as it's always busy, no matter what day of the week. I love the cards reasonable prices on the market every year I get a family organisor calendar it's lovely.

Wheelchair accessible entrance. Multi storey car park very close & toilets.

Selling a wide selection of wedding, birthday, anniversary, christaining, Easter & Christmas bits & bobs. What's amazing there is an online service for personalised wedding, birthday etc invitations or thank cards upload pics or videos. Awesome 10/10

This shop is like a sauna so so hot makes shopping in there uncomfortable as soon as I walked in I wanted to leave. Prices are good but it's always hard trying to find what I want I have ended up buying from a different shop today

Average quality and limited stock. Tried to get cards for twins 3 year old grandsons. Got what we needed in Clintons.
