Absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend 🤢 Food and dirt everywhere, stains all over the carpet, equipment ripped and tatty, balls filthy. The under 4 area is awful.

I enjoy coming here, they may not have great parking directly outside but you can park down the road in to industrial estate, with no issues and walk down. Price is reasonable and hot drinks are lovely. Toilets were clean and the kids had an amazing time. Great place to burn some of the kids energy whilst I supervised with a cup of hot chocolate. You can't take your own food in but they have a good selection to choose from.

Listen we go here because the kids enjoy soft play and they often choose it because they like the soft play! But and it’s a massive BUT from me. The staff need training on how to deal with children!! They are nice enough but I see it every time they are awful when dealing with the children! If the owners read this get them some training on dealing with children because I will not stand them talking to my children how they do others! If I had my way I’d go to a different soft play it’s only because the kids enjoy it I get stuck coming here! It’s very dirty and dusty here and the food costs is ridiculous! But it’s the staff that push me away more! They are kids learn how to deal with them please

Staff were lovely however really dissatisfied with the baby ‘section’ in a dark corner. No extra lights, my flash light came on when trying to take a picture it was so dark, overall look very dated and toys were extremely grubby, definitely not cleaned in a good while. Bigger kids were allowed to run about including in the baby section so didn’t feel safe with my 10 month old. Sadly won’t be going back.

It okay.
A bit dirty, dusty and cobwebby in places.
I went with my granddaughter in November and it was freezing there. Her hands were icy cold and so was my nose despite running around after her, we left because of it.

We love it here such a huge play area for both ages and a dance floor dining area and some arcade games aswell as basic foods and sandwiches

We have been coming here for 8 years and it is still fab. Staff always cleaning and always friendly and helpful. Lazertag parties was great hit with my 8 year old and his mates😁

Not a bad place for a childrens afternoon out. The place was not too busy. A great way to celebrate childrens parties...we attended one today that was well organised. Staff very helpful and attentive. Lots of places with hand sanitisers as well.
