We've tried this place for the first time now during the February half term and unfortunately won't be trying again. The staff member at the drop of wasn't really helpful nor friendly, so the first impression wasn't too great. But the worst happened on the second day when my daughter stayed all day long. When I arrived to pick her up, she looked lost and confused, the staff member said she was just having a nap as she said she was tired and woke up now hence she's like that. Which was a surprise as she's 7 and obviously doesn't nap any more. The staff member gave me 3 pieces of art that she made during the day and we've left. I checked my daughter and questioned her, to find out that she was feeling unwell and felt hot, her temperature was 38.5 when we came back home and the poor child was very sad that all 3 pieces of art weren't hers, they had different names on the bottom of it. So I'm very disappointed that staff members didn't find it unusual when this age child lays down on the floor to sleep and didn't think to check on her just lets her sleep and also the lack of attention to detail when giving their art for them to take home.
Sorry but I cannot recommend this club.

We originally sent my son here as we needed childcare for the summer holidays, but we have continued to send him on half terms, not because we need to, but because he wants to go! I strongly recommend - the team are very approachable, friendly and give your children a warm safe place to be which can often be daunting for children.
