Visited Flip out as it had raised all weekend and my son has wet playtime inside at school! We was full of energy when he came in so decided to give it a try! Other soft plays were fully booked but Flip out had plenty of space! It's not cheep but you can save a few pounds if you have grip socks allready from an indoor trampoline Park! Skating dodgems bouncy castles and loads more! A really good use of the special 2 hour offer on a week night! Well worth a visit if your kids are now getting to old for a softplay! ++++ Polite staff when we visited

I and my kids had the best experience. The variety of activities was amazing. We loved the bumper ride, roller skate, donut slide, trampoline and laser quest. The staff were really friendly. We had burger, pizza had hot dogs. My kids can’t wait to go back. What a great addition to Watford and surroundings.

I recently visited Flip Out Watford with my 3 children (3, 7 and 11) and it was absolutely fantastic! This place is a thrill-seeker's paradise, packed with activities that cater to all ages. The drift trikes were a blast—zooming around and feeling the adrenaline rush was an experience like no other. The trampolines offered endless fun, allowing everyone to bounce around and defy gravity!

The donut slide was a highlight, providing a playful twist that had us all laughing and cheering. The inflatable area was perfect for both kids and adults, fostering a sense of carefree fun. The ninja playground challenged our agility and brought out our competitive spirits!

And let’s not forget the laser quest! It was an exhilarating experience, combining strategy and excitement in a thrilling environment.

The kids were happy to fill their belly’s with the food, and a good family deal of two pizzas, 2 portions of tatta tots plus 4 drinks made this appalling to buy lunch onsite for once.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone had a safe and enjoyable time. Overall, Flip Out Watford is a must-visit for anyone looking to have an amazing day filled with adventure and fun. I can't wait to go back!

"We recently visited Flip Out Watford and were incredibly disappointed with the service. The reception area was chaotic with 7-8 staff members present, yet none seemed eager to assist customers.
When we encountered issues with one of the games, specifically the air hockey table being out of order, we approached staff for a resolution. Despite explaining the situation and the lack of any prior notice regarding the malfunction, the staff member was dismissive and refused to offer any compensation or even acknowledge our concerns.
The overall experience was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling unheard and undervalued as customers. We would strongly advise others to consider alternative entertainment options."

Worse experience ever. Opened without proper conditions.
We biok a family pass and socks wich cost nearly 100£.
Booking for 12 o clock by calling the customer service, was told to be there 30minutes before the booking time.
Flip out was SHUT until 11.45! Then only 3 cashiers and we had to wait 30minutes because of the huge cue.
When purchasing the sock the counter, one of them was for a toddler that means the extra small ones,... they did not had it!
When entering, the smell of DUST from work amd dirt everywhere was horrendous, tables had dust, all the attractions too.
Supposedly if under 1.20m should be accompanied by an adult. NOT! My oldest one could not go on bumper cars by herself! Had to go with me and ahe was not allowed to drive it!
On the donut slide Adults are not allowed, and my 3 year old was not allowed because of height. This means, she was left out.
The PlayStation area was not working! As it advertise of having FIFA and Call Of Duty.... nahh only the 1 free game available!
The Ninja area completely full of dust! The Inflatables was shut after 30m
The organisation of the activities is caos as for example as 'No shoes' and 'Need Shoes' activities are allover had to kept going back and forward.
The Dinner, a disaster, only 3 people serving and a 10minutes waiting just to pay for a water.
Will ask for a refund.

We recently visited Flip Out Watford and it was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure that had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit. The range of activities such as roller skating, trampolines, obstacle course and soft plays catered for all ages - really something for everyone!! The facilities are clean and well maintained! The atmosphere is really energetic and lovely with good music!! The cafe offered delicious food and it was a really nice variety! I am really happy that we have this new place to take the kids for a really fun day!! We will be back very soon!!

I am aware this place has just recently opened, but the place has a vibe of its not quite finished.

The floor is concrete and would benefit from having foam protection or the soft type asphalt you find at playgrounds.

The website for Flip Out sells the venues as diverse for adults and children of all ages. This is NOT the case with watford. The attractions are more targeted towards kids in the range of 5 to 11. If you are a teenager or an adult, I would not recommend it.

The trampolines are just for kids, and the adult ticket is not worth its price. Just get a spectator. The only things adults can use are bumper cars, roller skates, and laser quest.

However, the laser quest is hidden behind a door, and I didn't realise it was there until the end of the session.

It feels very industrial and a bit dark inside. The layout of the 'rides' is a bit sporadic and could be used with some better signage to indicate.

Also, they'd benefit from having an entrance and an exit for some things. The trikes is just one way, and when it gets busy, I feel this could be a problem with kids coming in and out.

The diner was reasonably priced, but I only bought a drink, though no drink menu is clearly displayed.

The staff, while friendly, seemed a little unorganised and unprepared for the volume of people.

Finally, the sock issue needs to be raised. The website makes it seem its a mandatory, but apart from the trampolines and soft play, you have to wear shoes on everything else.

My child enjoyed it, but an adult ticket is not really worth it.

Best flip out I’ve been to so far!! It is massive inside and has so many different activities to do! Kids absolutely loved it great day out!
