Ordered custom scrubs for a Christmas present. When I placed the order it had an ETA of Dec 29. The order did not show up and I emailed twice and sent a msg via Shop (their tracking method) and received no response. I had to cancel my order on Jan 7th because I received no response or update on my order. Very disappointed with their lack of communication.

While the final product is acceptable I do not recommend you purchase from this company due to the bad customer service. I eventually received the product but at a significant delay. After final confirmation, it took 20 business days and 3 follow up emails with no response to finally get a response from Angie that the product was shipping out. This was well past the 7 business days SLA and the gift ended up being late. Even now, I'm trying to get a refund for all the time I invested making up for the poor service and have received no reply after sending 2 more emails.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered something for Christmas and we still haven't gotten it, 3 weeks later. I called over 10 times and emailed at least 5 times and never got anything in response. For all I know it could be a scam company. Never got communication or product .

AVOID and beware!!! They charged me for an order that never shipped. I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. Having to go through my bank to file a dispute. Terrible business!

Scam .. fake number fake address fake business ... made a order with Angie the owner and she states if I order and pay extra today she will insure it will be here next week .. So as soon as I paid she cut off all communication and won't respond to anything .. it's been 2 weeks since I purchased and she hasent responded once since !! Will dispute with cc company and hope they shut this scam down

Unprofessional.
Made an order on 12/17 for a scrub cap for pick up. Have called to receive updates, Instagram, sent an email and have not received any communication back. I understand that it’s the holiday season but if you are running a business you should at least communicate to customers if you are unable to fill your orders.
