I’d like to share my recent experience with Suit Supply. My salesperson was Stephanie, and I went in expecting attentive assistance in finding the right clothing, shoes, and other items I was looking for. Unfortunately, I found the staff to be quite distracted, often busy chatting with each other, to the point where I felt ignored.

As a customer investing my valuable time, I expect the same level of commitment and focus from the sales team. It was disappointing to see a lack of attentiveness and professionalism in their approach.

Additionally, I was not impressed with the quality of their suits, and their selection of accessories and shoes were quite limited. The shoes, in particular, were uncomfortable. I believe they should prioritize helping customers find exactly what they need and maintain a more customer-focused and engaged attitude.

First class experience from start to finish. The store had a very warm and welcoming ambiance and it was easy to schedule the appointment through the website. Customer service was prompt, approachable and informative. Micah was fantastic to work with. I was impressed with his desire to provide a great experience and a satisfied customer. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable, listened to my desires, and offered spot on suggestions that helped shape my final decisions on fabric, details. fit, measurements, etc. In the end, I received (sooner than anticipated) a flawless tailored suit and Suit Supply has a new customer. I would wholeheartedly recommend Suit Supply (particularly Micah) to anyone looking for a great fitting, fully customizable suit at a great price.

What a dope experience, first time I ever been and didn’t leave disappointed.

Andrea was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and help me look for exactly what I needed. Loved her honest input and suggestions while she was getting me fitted.

I bought a custom suit here about a year and a half ago that was ill fitting to begin with. My stylist told me that I can come in at any time in my life to get it altered as needed. I went in today to get my suit altered and the stylist Deonis said he was happy to help me. He helped me with altering the suit and after about 30 minutes into the appointment after we were done, he told me that I would have to pay for the alterations. This completely wasted my time. I invested around $800 for this suit all to not fit right and I can no longer get it tailored complimentary which was not what I was told before. I would not recommend this place.
