Asked someone if they had anymore of a product and was told everything was out even though I just saw someone restocking the shelf. I'm sure they just had no desire to help. The item I had, had a dodgy lid. Large variety of items instore.

I love this store! We had a lovely wonder and ticked some Christmas gifts off outlet list. Before we left we enjoyed some lunch in the cafe. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Can easily lose a few hours when we visit.

Good range of products. I didn't stay long as I took the dog in but was a bit busy to have him in there. But it's great that you can take dogs in, and I will return during a quieter time. Thank you, (The Range.)

Having had a great afternoon visiting the store and purchasing a lot of great items,
I managed to lock my car keys in the boot of my car, just as the shop was getting ready to close! The staff were extremely helpful and Colin very kindly stayed and waited while my friend, went to my house and brought my spare car key over from where we live in Birmingham!
I would just like to say a 'Big thank you' to Colin and the staff at The Range Cannock, for being helpful, supportive and going above and beyond, as this also meant Colin staying later and kindly keeping the gate open till my friend arrived with my spare key! Thank you so much as It was very much appreciated.

Plenty of great items in there to choose from. Friendly, helpful staff. If you do visit, give yourselves an hour, unless you know exactly what you are looking for, and where it is though. Lol. Cafe is good too.

Great range of items at great prices. I love the craft section the best, very useful and has so much choice. The customer toilets are clean too which is always a plus.

I went there with my daughter who uses a wheelchair. I didn't have a £1 coin for the trolley and a staff member lent me one. Consequently, I spent more money than I had intended, but that's because I really liked so many items. We had interactions with a few staff members, because we needed help with different things and they really were so friendly and helpful. We were in there for around 2 hours! Looking forward to going back 😊
