Shut today at 3pm. Thai is the second time this has happened when it is advertised that they shut at 4pm

Also happened twice where “back in 15 minutes” turns into an hour … I’ll go do my shopping in tesco and no one is back even after then

Dropped in to RH newsagents to drop my Hermes Parcel and Amazon as well.

These guys are a Hermes Drop off point and they are terrible. that’s why they don’t pick up their phone. I had to ring next door just to tell them to pickup. Nothing better than staff that own a phone but let it ring

Very disappointed. I came in today to claim a weekend copy of the FT newspaper using a voucher I was sent by the FT and the newsagent simply wouldn't accept it with no valid reason even though the voucher clearly states that the offer expires 31st December 2019, with instructions and an ISBN code at the back of the voucher (an ISBN number is supposed to be a unique identifier!). I would strongly advise to stay away from this agent!
