For everyone saying they have had a parking fine....there are 12 signs on the carpark to to tell you you have 2 hours...inside the store is a qr code to extend parking and machine that let's the staff put your registration number in..every car park has a limit wherever u shop..u should look before parking. Also, it is not the range that has fined u..its parking eye which has nothing to do with the range

Had a couple of hours shopping here and decided to have a cake and coffee after spending a couple of hundred pounds on a couple of pieces of home furnishings and all seemed good until a week later we received a £100 parking ticket as a thank you from the Range .
Obviously won't be shopping here again and will tell anyone prepared to listen not to either.

Absolutely disgusting the Range you should be ashamed of how you treat paying customers.

Great store with loads of lovely things for the home, decorative or DIY, they have it all. Also a food section and a great cafe. Just be wary of the length of parking time allowed. I was in store for over the alloted time as I needed to browse and buy quite a few items, also visited the cafe for coffee and cake, and had a parking fine a few days later ! Unfortunate, as I didn't realise I'd overstayed.

My recent visit a few days ago (which is normally a great day out) was completely ruined today when I received a £100 parking fine! Apparently, The Range expect you to visit their stores for no longer than 2 hours. I am absolutely disgusted with the money grabbing scheme they've implemented.
Thanks for NOTHING The Range...shame on you 😠

Really helpful staff. Helped my partner find the picture she was looking for.

The cafe has an amazing cooked breakfast. REALLY meaty sausages not like the usual catering pork flavoured bread sticks. Good black pudding, too!

This store has a good car park and is easy to reach. I like the idea offered by the Range but I do find its layout confusing. When I know what I want I often have to search for it amongst the very tall shelving racks. On this occasion I decided to ask one of the assistants, who was stacking shelves, he told me where to look for my item but his attitude was "couldn't care less". I then joined a very slow moving queue at the tills. To be honest it wasn't a pleasant shopping experience.

This shop is relatively cheap and has loads of different goodies. Be careful about the parking. It's only 2 hrs which goes by quickly if visiting the cafe also. Before you get to 2 hours you can go to customer services to extend the time. As you can see by the photos, I never saw a single person, except by the cash till. April 2023

Sort out your stock control, place an order for 2 items for collection and it is cancelled due to not having the item. I have never had an issue with Amazon, cheaper and next day delivery with Prime. It is about time your management team realise that you will go bankrupt if you don't invest in your systems. You were quick to take my money, and I now have to wait for refund to be processed.
