If you guys ever deliver paper rolls to this address, don't go all the way to the building. The receiving office is 3 entrances before , and you will see 4 big yellow barrels at the gate .

Nice people unloaded me right away I got a early morning delivery. I came here a night before. Sadly no overnight parking for trucks but I spent the night on the street on the curb no issues no one bothered me had a good sleep and delivered the load on time…..

Not very responsive customer service. Contacted the company for a quote for product display over the Internet. Called and spoke with a rep that requested a meeting in their facility.

After number of attempts and follow up to get the quote, I gave up and worked with another vendor.

If that how they treat your potential customers, I don't want to think how they treat customers once they get their business.

This company is my preferred to make my boxes, labels and displays for a lot of advantages, they are very close to my company, the better prices and they count with an excellent team of professionals with many years of experience on this matter. I am happy working with CTP Boxes & Packaging and I highly recommend them.

The lies and deception start with the first question on their FAQ - Although they say 500 boxes is possible be prepared to be told that is not possible when you finally reach someone.

It gets worse as you progress, very slowly I might add, as "estimates" get presented, then retracted, only to be replaced by a higher price tag each time due to errors in the "accounting dept."

If you get as far as coming to an agreement, figure out how you will get the paid product to its destination because they don't seem to have a plan to get it to you. Renting a uhaul for yourself is their best suggestion.

Lastly, be prepared for an additional cost to appear right after you pay the deposit as well. You know the pastelitos and cafecitos they are enjoying while you wait for over an hour to sign the paperwork can get real expensive.

If you like to waste weeks, get baited and switched and rent a uhaul to get the product to yourself go with these guys!
