Bought items from Amazon. Never turned up. Emailed 4 times no response. Very unprofessional. Local to me too! Thought I would help local stores ! Awful . Cannot go to shop as you have to buy off line. Avoid for sure

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Ordered an item on their eBay store and found a better deal a few minutes later on Amazon, messaged them about 5 minutes later I wanted to request a cancellation. Instead of answering my message they marked the item as dispatched. How can a parcel be dispatched on a Friday night? I also sent a follow up message to chase them up and they still ignore you! I have now paid extra for the Amazon order and this order. What a waste of money.

Poor experience so far. Order from their eBay shop. They claim to use Royal Mail. They used Hermes in my case. Hermes claim delivery but POD is incorrect.

Bargain Artist Shop do not ever respond to messages. I doubt they even read them. If they did they would know that Hermes have even agreed that parcel is lost. I am due a full refund of £80 but so far it has been a right royal pain and have got nowhere as Bargain Artist Shop have not read or replied to any of my messages.

I am going to sue them in the small claims court as eBay guarantee is similarly useless - they use tracking information which states that parcel was delivered! It was delivered somewhere but not to me. POD map shows a location miles away from my house.

I have sent many messages and screenshots to Bargain Artists Shop but they do not care and I have had zero response. Shockingly bad, unprofessional and unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Buy from somewhere else as they are incapable of solving a relatively small issue that would be plain sailing from a company who knew what they were doing.

Awful. Phoned to ask no return call. Visited printed to front oor from rea of shop closed rang Bell very unhelpful . Left in cold waiting then man arrived stating only had 1 item but did not bring to door.

I tell you I haven't signed for anything as per the couriers website and the response I get from you is a couriers screen grab saying I signed. In other words you don't believe me and don't care. You'd also ignored two previous emails.
What an appalling way to treat a customer ... Now an ex-customer.

Do not bother with these cowboys the shop closed 18 months ago and they still say they are open we had a waisted journey IF YOU CANNOT BE BOTHERED THEN YOUR CUSTOMERS CANNOT ALSO
