It was quite busy and looked like supermarket sweep had just been through. Asked an assistant for some help with a item I was looking for and she looked like a deer frozen in the headlights, completely aghast as to what I was looking for. Not the greatest B&M store I've visited.

Good prices, good products, good range of departments, large store, plenty of room...my only complaint is that you seldom see more than just the one till open. Eight people queuing? One till will do apparently.

That being said there is a great range of toys and food for dogs and cats. Great range of food, homeware, garden ornaments and lights...they have a brilliant range of products at Christmas too.

Friendly, cheerful staff who treat my wheelchair bound husband like a human being.

Bright, clean and neat store.

Aisles are decently wide and relatively uncluttered. Easy to navigate with a wheelchair, pushchair or other space requiring items.

Good selection of stock. A surprising amount fitted in to a relatively small space for a B&M.

Convenient location. Right next to the train station, bus interchange and a large shared carpark. Town centre is only a couple of minutes walk away.

Shocking service staff are rude 😒 not nice all friendly people to talk to I was out tonight getting Xmas shopping with my dad and sister and we gone and got a lot and I meen a lot of stuff and I pick up some bottles of alcohol 🍸 just for a gift 🎁 for my grandad And Grandma 👵 anyways gone to the till and they lady said o need to show ID but I was with my dad

Wonderful experience today... My son dropped his pocket money at the Cannock store. He was upset. One of the Staff found it and Informed me at the till it had been checked on the CCTV that he'd missed his pocket and dropped on the floor. Very grateful to them.
