I love this post office. It's my local and I'm in there once a week at least. The familiar face behind the counter is so friendly and very helpful.and we have a laugh every so often.Best thing is that u can find everything stationary items like cards , parcel boxes, etc everything full services .I would like to highly recommend in this post office for best and very quick service with smile faces. shop look always tidy and clean . It’s pretty much a basic newsagent. But I really only come here for the Post Office. It sooooo handy having a post office at the top of town and not needing to go all the way into the shopping centre to use the Post Office.
I love the fact that they have an Amazon Hub, which Is what I mainly use the Post Office for. Quick and easy way to collect your parcel’s. Smooth service.

I go to this post office for probably 2-3 years, I am always happy with the service and they sell 🇸🇰 Slovakian sweets, drinks and other things. I am always happy to come here. Also with sending parcels to my family there was never any problem. I recommend this place. 5 stars ❤️

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought pre-paid Royal Mail 1st class postage online via EBay at ~£6.95. When I went to post my item in-store the rather unfriendly and moody clerk said the price I paid was incorrect and vehemently declared it would be £11-12 instead.

I contested this and explained that this had already been paid online as per the guidelines stipulated. I decided to go to the Royal Mail depot and didn’t have any issue and more importantly, didn’t have to pay any more than I already had.

This post office overinflates their prices thinking people won’t notice!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I post about 20-25 items a month and a couple of times I forgot my DD card and just bought Amex- met with complete rudeness. They also try to over charge, over estimate size of packages. Will never go again, rather walk the extra distance to go to a real post office- not this franchise rubbish. Avoid at all costs.

They provide the basic post office services you would expect. Unfortunately, they also provide the surly service we've come to expect from these post office add ons. I phoned ahead twice to ask if they printed labels and they said no. So I had to arrange my own printing (I don't have a working printer) only to find when I went in that they do indeed provide that service. The truth is that they don't care about their customers. They won't care about this rating. They just clock in, treat people poorly, clock out.

This post office is the worst example of a post office ever possible.

They Lost my very important package of special delivery that had my original passports and university degrees because of their lack of knowledge/trained staff and possibly they sold the passports.

Never use this post office with your important documents.

They never sent the package to the sorting office because the postman wont know as he signs for the whole bag full of packages and not individual packages.
