I had a lovely experience at Silks with Becky. She helped me feel at ease for my first appointment. We were offered hot drinks and biscuits.

Even though it was my first time trying on dresses, within trying on a couple we had figured out the style for my shape. I asked lots of questions and was given some great advice.

I think in total I tried about 7 dresses and found the one! She was really mindful of my budget. All the dresses are in the Pronovias group. I had a budget of £2000 which was enough for last season designs and promotional items but not enough new season which were all more like £3000+ so I was somewhat limited for choice but enough to find a dress I love.

I really don't know where to start writing a review for Silk Brides but all I know is that the team there made the hardest decision of my wedding the easiest one!

The love, care, support and service they offered not only reassured my Mother, my bridesmaids and myself, but they quite simply outshone all of the other bridal businesses we visited. (We went to quite a few up and down the M6 must to my fathers frustration!)

The attention to detail they offered made the experience almost as memorable as my wedding day and for that we are all truly grateful.

I didn't think for a second there would be as many giggles and tears in one day as there was but our fittings were full to the brim of joyous emotions and that is down to them caring about everyone around me.

I am honestly so grateful to my cousin for recommending them to me and I cannot express in words my thanks to you all at Silk for making my day so special

Not one for reviews but i wanted to say a BIG WOW and THANK YOU for the most amazing service this weekend and for helping me decide on my AMAZING dress.

After visiting over 6 other wedding dress stores, even top ones in London, you girls were truly off the scale. Warm, friendly and an amazing collection of the most stunning gowns, the selection was truly amazing and i was spoilt for choice.

Both Denise and Becky made me, mum and bridesmaids feel truly at home, nothing was too much trouble as i proceeded to try on so many dresses. I didn't feel pressurised just cared for.
Totally in love with my chosen dress and thank you for making the appointment so easy you really went above and beyond.. i will be telling everyone i know.. A huge THANK YOU. XX

The most beautiful experience! This was my 1st ever bridal shopping trip & I chose Silk to be my 1st shop I visited after seeing their page on social media, myself & my mum made a appointment & Denise was so lovely over the phone. When we went to the appointment Denise couldn’t of made me feel more special! She led myself & my mum to a cosy area of the shop 1st where we chatted & had a coffee then the fun began with trying on lots of beautiful gowns. I had all the confidence with Denise that she new what would suit me, we picked out around 8 gowns & 1 of those gowns was my dream dress which I said ‘Yes to the dress’ too 🙂
Denise made me feel so beautiful, relaxed & confident & not only did I have the most special morning but my mum did too. We later met Becky who was equally just as lovely, polite & welcoming. I can’t wait for lots more visits here, the new shop is beautifully decorated & so bright & modern. A magical memory I will cherish.

I could not rate Silk Bridal any better if I tried!

I went to the appointment feeling very nervous and almost dreading this part of my wedding planning, but Denise and Becky made me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived!

I booked my appointment very last minute but they managed to squeeze me in. They were so patient with me trying on all different styles of dresses, and gave me honest advice.

We had the most amazing customer service from the lovely ladies at Silk! I came to my appointment without much of an idea of what I wanted but was swiftly shown through their collections while my mom and Bridesmaid were kept happy with hot drinks. I can't express how happy I am with their impeccable customer service skills and bridal expertise - I am so pleased to have come away with my dream dress. Happy people, beautiful setting, incredible dresses. I can't wait to go back for accessories!

Went here for the final selection of dresses for our daughter. Thankfully she settled on one, and the staff apparently were very helpful. I know this because my wife and daugther came out of the shop very, very happy. I myself didn't go into the shop, hence why the pictures are of the outside only as it is tradition for the dad's not to see their daughter in there chosen dress. Lovely place to sit in the car for an hour and listen to the noise of the countryside. Everything all sorted on the dress front just the wedding to go now, help!
