Bought a 48 piece 'select your own' box of chocolates for Christmas. They are gorgeous, arrived in very good time, expertly packed and exactly as I had ordered and requested with no faults or issues whatsoever. However, if there had been any issues, having previously been to the shop I know the guys there would have bent over backwards to help and remedy the situation. You really do get what you pay for at this shop, quality and individuality. If you want cheap oily chocolates for £5, go and buy Roses. Endless five star reviews against 1 pathetic one star review shows you the stores true colours. Excellent produce and really enjoying working our way through the chocolates. Keep it up guys. Ordered a 24 box of chocolates from this delightful small business. They arrived on time and contained all of the chocolates I’d requested in full (I would have completely understood if they’d had to substitute some at this time of year). Packagin was beautiful and they weighed a ton! I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering again! Only trouble is resisting them!!

I ordered 23 boxes of the mixed selection and 1 box of 48 as corporate gifting. I've also bought from them previously for smaller orders. Their service and communication was excellent yet again. The boxes and festive decoration was perfect and they were all very securely packed when I collected. There is no doubt that these gifts will be a huge hit with every single recipient.

This is my favourite chocolate shop of all. I've sampled many handmade chocolates from different locations and this place is by far the best. Every single chocolate has a different flavor and they don't all taste the same like some places. The thought and consideration that goes into the shop and their customers is fantastic and the waffles and rolled ice cream are something else entirely! If you haven't bought from here yet...what are you waiting for?!)

I live local and been into this shop a few times for gifts for family and friends. Chocolates are absolutely too die for !!! there's an absolutely wonderful choice for all tastes and dietary requirements. The staff and owner are first class, your always welcomed with friendly face. Fabulous selection of chocolates. They are very well made and feel very luxurious. They are such high quality that I found I could enjoy one or 2 and be perfectly satisfied. This meant my selection lasted me longer to enjoy for some other days too. The staff are very friendly and gave me a warm welcome. They explained the chocolates to me and helped me with my selection. I was amazed there were so many pistachio choices when I last visited. I love pistachio ! I love chocolate what a perfect combination. 10/10
