We have had to do multiple orders for a creative easter egg campaign with work! The amount we have delivered, I was cautious it was too many however Craftmill have been amazing with their constant email updates from receiving the order through to delivery and Cathy is so good/quick to reply also! I was looking for some clay softer and I came across this site! I ended buying loads of clay as well as the softner and some clay varnish! Only issue is when the varnish came it had leaked, but other than that everything came super quick! Thanks so much!

Great service! I purchased some materials to make a mould of my baby's feet. I made a mistake on my address and I emailed the folks at Craftmill who corrected the address right away. I got my order even faster than I thought I would!
Goes to show how precious our small businesses really are!
I haven't used the stuff yet but the packaging was pristine and the order came with detailed instructions.

I am still in shock after what happened the other week, I have never received customer service quite like it.

Because of this, I have been telling all my friends, families and colleagues about Craft Mill Ltd/The WoodenBox Mill.

I had to purchase an urn last minute for my dad whose interment was a few days after my order after having to organise various different elements this was the last thing on my mind, so it was all very rushed.

I have never received such exceptional customer service and was completely bowled over by the kindness shown to me by Cathy and the team who all recognised the importance of me getting the delivery on time and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this happen.

Thank you ALL so much. I was able to put my dad in a smart box as opposed to the rubbish cardboard one he turned up in (what a weird sentence to write).

I really do recommend this lovely family run business, not just because of their high quality goods, but for their exceptional customer service!!
