Ordered a fairing for my Road Glide and it said 4-6 weeks for delivery. Totally fine with that as I know they're made to order. It took 7 MONTHS and multiple phone calls to receive my order. After about 5.5 months I sent an email and heard nothing back, so I called and no one had an answer about my order. A few more calls and finally I was told after 6 months that my order was never even processed. Asked multiple times to the reps I was speaking with to have Maverick call me since they always told me he was out on deliveries. No response and no contact from him. On the plus side his rep(s) I spoke with were nice and polite

I had no idea what I wanted in my build for something better than an everyday rider and not breaking the bank as a competition system. Maverick and Kim were extremely helpful in listening to what I wanted and guiding me into a system that I would be happy with. They have been very responsive to questions and concerns and made us feel like part of the family. My bike came out better than I could have imagined. I look forward to having more work being done by them. It was worth transporting my bike to their shop.

Terrible company I would not recommend this company for their customer service with a online purchase. I ordered speaker lids for a Harley in April 2-3 weeks was the eta. They came today 6/24/2022 they look terrible pitted scratched and chipped up. Along with being 8 weeks late. My customer refused to pick up the product because of the appearance we cannot blame him. We contacted Mavericks they refuse to refund or take product back the lady on the phone is very hard to deal with will not listen to anything. They said they sell a lot of these which is hard to believe they wouldn't want them back if they're in such demand. Their website is deceptive on what the product looks like finished or not no quality here. My only recourse is to dispute my transaction. This is terrible and a great example of customer service gone wrong. I guess chick fil a is the only place to get good customer service. The woman who I talked to is quite talented at talking in circles to offer no resolution and frustrate a customer. I've never been this frustrated with a purchase ever in my life. I saw your response, WHAT A JOKE! ADMIT IT YOU SOLD INFERIOR PRODUCTS THAT YOU WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND! NO SUPRISE, THAT NO REPUTABLE MANUFACTURER WILL DEAL WITH YOU IN THE CAR AUDIO INDUSTRY! YOU SOLD INFERIOR PRODUCT NOT AS PICTURED LOUSY BUSINESS TACTICS. LUCKILY A REAL CUSTOM SHOP LIKE OURS FIXED THESE. WE MADE THEM PERFECT READY TO PAINT FOR THE CUSTOMER. UNLIKE MAVERICK'S CUSTOM SELLING PREMADE MOLDS ANYONE COULD PURCHASE ONLINE. NEXT TIME I'M DOWN SOUTH LET'S TALK IN PERSON. I hope to come to your store next trip down south whom should I ask for? I saw your weak minded response. You sold us not as pictured poorly finished product. By the way our custom installs are award winning with fiberglass work that has won awards for custom show vehicles for manufacturers that have been displayed in Daytona spring break nationals, CES and SEMA. Has a bike from your shop ever even been featured?

I have tried to contact this company numerous times to resolve the situation, now they don’t even pick up the phone for me. I ordered a battery from them initially. They informed me that the battery was out of stock so i cancelled the order. I also used my affirm account to purchase. Total being $700 some odd dollars. It’s been almost 3 months now and still no refund. I’m still paying for a battery I cancelled the order for. This has to be the worst customer service experience ever. Please stay away from this company. 👎 👎👎👎👎👎

Awesome customer service. I've never done business with Maverick's personally. However, I noticed a build that they've done this past year and the bike had the same rear end set up(bags, side cover and rear fender) that I purchased from the company that manufactured it. I hit Maverick's up on FB to ask some questions on fitment and such. They were quick and punctual to respond and more than willing to give me FREE advise to help me along with my build. I am pretty much doing an in-house build in my garage and they were very helpful to a guy on a budget. When I asked "how much do I know you for your time in answering my questions?), their response was "no charges at all, just stop by and see us if you're in the area". Thanks again my friend. Keep doing what you're doing!!!

So, I have now had the pleasure of working Mavericks on three different bike builds and i must say this team is TOP NOTCH. They took the time to answer all my questions (even the weird ones at odd hours). Provided Fantastic customer service, everything showed up on time and i was able to complete builds in a timely manner. Thanks again for all your hard work. Strongly recommend.
